    Well at least this time the teachers are available to participate. Why in the world do you usually schedule these things in the middle of the day when we are all working?

    Kristen,
    Would love to hear more about that mega-contract. It seems to be paying a big chunk to do consulting work for Penny Nixon's office--which makes it even more puzzling that she was given this job.

    Is there any action planned by the PFT to stop more charters? What happens to the teachers in those schools? Anyone?
