Offense: Multiple/spread.

Defense: 4-3.

Top 10: Cedric Wright, QB, 6-1, 195; Ken Everage, RB, 5-6, 175; Zaire Hollerway, OL-DL, 6-2, 275; Dawayne Young, OL-DL, 6-2, 280; Rasheed Black, WR-DB, 6-4, 190; Tyrone McNeil, DE, 6-3, 215; Brandon Brown, OL, 6-1, 230; Hassan Brockman, WR-DB, 5-9, 150; Bruce Smalley, RB-DB, 5-9, 170; Shawn Henderson, FB-LB, 6-0, 220.

The Skinny: Wright transferred in from Germantown; Smalley came over from Penn Charter; Hollerway, a run-stopper in the middle; is drawing interest from Temple, Connecticut, and Pittsburgh; Cohen on Black, who also plays basketball: "He can jump out of the gym, and he runs good patterns." Senior John Santos (5-11, 160) was competing with Wright at QB.

Biggest games: Sept. 6 vs. West Catholic (at NE), 6:30; Sept. 12 vs. West Chester Henderson (at NE), 6; Oct. 4 vs. Frankford (at NE), 6:30; Oct. 18 vs. Northeast, 3.
