Penn Charter's Daryl Worley, a senior wide receiver and defensive back, has orally committed to play for West Virginia.

The quick-footed Worley also returns kickoffs and punts for the Quakers.

He is the second member of Penn Charter's Class of 2013 to commit to a Division I-A program. Mike McGlinchey, a 6-foot-8, 290-pound offensive lineman, chose Notre Dame in late March.
