Friends' Central basketball star Amile Jefferson will announce his college destination Tuesday in a 4 p.m. press conference at the school.

Friends' Central senior forward Amile Jefferson will make his college commitment Tuesday in a 4 p.m. press conference at the school.

Friends' Central basketball star Amile Jefferson will announce his college destination Tuesday in a 4 p.m. press conference at the school.

"The process has been tough, for sure, " the 6-foot-7, 200-pound senior said. "But it's time for me to make a decision. I have to do it."

Jefferson's finalists are North Carolina State, Duke, Kentucky, Ohio State, and Villanova. "I'm still looking at all those schools," he said Friday night.

N.C. State and Duke, who began seriously recruiting Jefferson in early January, are believed to be the top two contenders.
