FOOTBALL: Albie Crosby tabbed as new head coach at Imhotep Charter

Albie Crosby, an assistant coach at West Catholic the last 11 seasons, has been tabbed as the new boss at Imhotep Charter, a Class AA program in the Public League.

Crosby, 42, served for the last four seasons as co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach. He also was an assistant for two seasons at Division III La Salle University, under Tim Miller.

Crosby, a 1988 West Catholic graduate, replaces Marc Wilson at Imhotep.
