Three years in the making, the World Meeting of Families is to open at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Archbishops Charles J. Chaput and Vincenzo Paglia addressed the media at the Pennsylvania Convention Center before the meeting began. Chaput is to celebrate a Mass at 4:30 p.m. The event's keynote speaker, Bishop Robert Barron, founder of Word on Fire Catholic Ministries, is to speak at 2:30 p.m.
