With Philly shut down, tourists have the place to themselves

It's a beautiful day in Philly, but it seems few are around to see it.  Daily News columnist Helen Ubiñas sums it up best: "Plenty of cops and barricades and T-shirts and water vendors on Market.  Not so many regular folk."

With the World Meeting of Families ending shortly, those crowds from the Convention Center may make the city a little less empty.
