Singer-songwriter Marie Miller grew up in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, singing in her family bluegrass band. While Miller first broke on Christian radio, she writer secular songs as well. “It seems cliched,” she told the Catholic Herald. “That`s our mission, to have the joy of the Gospel in our faces. It`s not Praise and Worship [music], but Catholicism is interwoven in the songs about friendship and romance.”
