Police are looking for help in identifying these two males, captured on a security camera, who are suspected in the shooting of 13-year-old Khiseer Davis-Papther inside a Chinese takeout restaurant in Nicetown about 10:30 p.m. March 10, 2017.

A 13-year-old boy who was shot in the head in a Chinese takeout restaurant in Nicetown earlier this month has died, police said Tuesday.

The victim, Khiseer Davis-Papther, of Frankford, was shot inside the Gold Fish Chinese takeout on the 2000 block of Hunting Park Avenue about 10:30 p.m. March 10. He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:14 p.m. Sunday, police said.

No arrest has been reported. Police said they were not aware of the motive behind the shooting.

Chief Inspector Scott Small previously told reporters the victim was sitting at a table with friends when two males walked in. One of the males began talking to the victim, then put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger, police said. The shooter and his accomplice then fled.

Police released still images of the two males and have asked anyone with information about them to contact the homicide unit at 215-686-3334.
