City Avenue in Lower Merion will be closed between Lancaster Avenue and I-76 in both directions.

Security in Lower Merion can begin to ease now that Pope Francis has left the seminary, and St. Joseph's, behind.

East Wynnewood Road, directly in front of St. Charles Borromeo Seminary, will remain closed overnight but "should be open by 6 a.m. in time for rush hour."

More importantly, City Avenue between Lancaster and Belmont Avenues, will remain closed through "late afternoon."

PennDot has not announced when major highways, including the Schuylkill Expressway, will reopen.
