Area snowstorms have altered more than the landscape this week. They’ve also changed the NJSIAA team wrestling championships’ schedule.
Semifinals that were supposed to be held on Wednesday have been rescheduled for Friday.
Bordentown, the third seed in Central Group 1, will travel to No. 2 seed New Egypt for a 6 p.m. match.
Haddonfield, No. 2, will host No. 3 Collingswood at 7 p.m. in a South Group 1 match.
Delran, the No. 1 seed in South Group 2, is set to host No. 4 Manchester Township, while No. 2 Delsea is prepared to greet No. 3 West Deptford. Both matches are at 7 p.m.
Clearview, the fifth seed in South Group 3, will travel to No. 1-seed Toms River South, while No. 2 Timber Creek hosts No. 3 Central Regional. The starting time is 7 p.m. for both matches.
The top seed in South Group 4, Southern Regional will greet fourth-seeded Washington Township at 7 p.m. Eastern, No. 2, is set to host No. 3 Absegami at 6 p.m.
St. Augustine, No. 1, will host the Non-Public A final at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Spina gym. Paulsboro, the No. 1 seed in South Group 1, likely will be the site of the final, which is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday. Camden Catholic, No. 1, won the Non-Public South B title unopposed.
