It took two overtime periods, but Westampton Tech's boys' basketball team was able to defeat Delran, 90-83, in a consolation game in the Delran Tournament.

After two grueling overtimes, Westampton Tech was finally able to pull away from Delran, winning the consolation game of the Delran Tournament, 90-83, on Saturday.

Isaiah Lewis hit two free throws with 26 seconds left in regulation to tie the score at 66 and send the game to overtime.

Westampton Tech was seconds away from winning by two points in the first overtime, but Delran stole the ball and the Bears' Tim Macey hit a layup with 1.9 seconds remaining to force another extra session.

The Panthers outscored Delran, 16-9, in the second overtime.

Westampton Tech's Lamar Morgan scored 31 points and added 12 rebounds and three blocked shots. Morgan, a sophomore forward, hit four three-pointers in the first half.

Awwal Reid added 21 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocks.

Macey scored a team-high 26 points for Delran, and Tim Hunt added 23.
