Vaux guard Jordan to visit UCLA

Vaux's Rysheed Jordan, likely the top uncommitted senior in Southeastern Pennsylvania boys' basketball, is headed west -- but just for the weekend.

Jordan said on Instagram that he will make his official visit to UCLA on Thursday, and after getting a taste of Ben Howland's Bruins program, he plans to narrow his list of college choices from seven to five.

The 6-foot-3, 180-pound point guard is ranked by ESPN Recruiting as the No. 3 player in the state, and Rivals lists Jordan as the fifth-best point guard in the nation.

Jordan previously made official visits to St. John's and Syracuse, and counts Temple, Rutgers, Xavier, and Alabama as the other schools he is considering.
