If you were looking for boys' soccer action Monday afternoon, it would have been hard to do better than the Suburban One Continental. A pair of games were undecided until the waning moments.

In the rivalry game between Central Bucks West and Central Bucks East, no one scored for more than 95 minutes. That's when Steven Cornell's head met a corner from Tyler Sablyak to give West the 1-0 victory.

Most days, that would be as exciting as things get. But North Penn and Central Bucks South put on a show as well, trading late goals.

North Penn was leading 1-0 with about 10 minutes left when a Central Bucks South player was fouled. Connor Stackhouse took a free kick from 25 yards out and beat the goalie for the tying score. At that point, you'd have to imagine overtime was a real possibility.

North Penn's Matt Robinson had other ideas. He beat a defender to a through ball and fired a great shot from 15 yards out on the left side to score the go-ahead goal with six minutes left. North Penn hung on for the 2-1 win.

There's no rest for the weary. Central Bucks East is scheduled to be at North Penn on Tuesday.
