Perkiomen Valley senior quarterback/defensive back Rasaan Stewart orally committed to Villanova on Friday night.

The 6-foot, 188-pounder said it came down to the Wildcats and Penn State. The recent departure of Bill O'Brien played a part in his decision, Stewart said.

"But Nova has everything I want in a school," said Stewart, who projects as a defensive back. "It's a great football program and coaching staff. It was the perfect fit for me."
