Newton unable to visit Nova this weekend

Neumann-Goretti's Ja'Quan Newton will not be attending Villanova's Hoops Mania on Friday night, the junior guard said via phone.
Newton will be at Power 99's Powerhouse concert at the Wells Fargo Center.
Newton has long been a target of Villanova as they were one of his first offers.
Last season, Newton averaged 16 points per game in leading the Saints to a Catholic League and PIAA Class AAA title. He said on Thursday that he's the city's best player, followed by Vaux's Rysheed Jordan and Imhotep's Brandon Austin.
