He has offers from almost every major college program and is expected to list his final options sometime this summer. Georgetown, Villanova and Miami appear to be the leaders.
Archbishop Carroll's Derrick Jones and Neumann-Goretti's Ja'Quan Newton received invitations on Tuesday morning to this week's NBA Player's Association Top 100 Camp at the University of Virginia.
Jones, a 6-foot-6 sophomore forward, is quickly emerging himself as the area's next big recruit. His recruitment blew up last season and he led the Patriots with 14 points and 10 rebounds per game.
