HERSHEY, Pa. — Four minutes into the first overtime Saturday, junior Amy Mandia
finished a ball from Gabby Farrell to give Neshaminy a 2-1 victory over Spring-Ford and the PIAA Class AAA state girls’ soccer championship.

It was the Redskins’ first state title, in their first finals appearance, and completed a perfect season at 25-0.

Megan Schafer scored the first goal just five minutes into the contest at Hersheypark Stadium, and Spring-Ford’s Sammy Stipa netted the equalizer with just two minutes left in regulation.
