Jenkintown girls' fall to two-time state champs

Junior forward Ruby Westkaemper scored a team-high 13 points on Wednesday night as Jenkintown fell to two-time defending state champion Steelton-Highspire, 74-39, at Garden Spot in the PIAA Class A girls' basketball second round.

Junior forward Ruby Westkaemper scored a team-high 13 points on Wednesday night as Jenkintown fell to two-time defending state champion Steelton-Highspire, 74-39, at Garden Spot in the PIAA Class A girls' basketball second round.

Emma Dorshimer, a sophomore guard, added 11 points. Malia DeFreitis led Steelton-Highspire with 27 points.
