Will Fuller, a senior wide receiver at Roman Catholic, made his commitment to the University of Notre Dame official on Wednesday by signing a national Letter of Intent in front of coaches, players, and family on Wednesday.
"It just felt like they wanted me, that felt great and it felt like family up there," Fuller said. "I wish I could go up there now."
The 6-foot-1 receiver originally committed to play at Penn State but de-committed in the summer.
"I was rushed to commit to Penn State because that was my first big offer," Fuller said. "But after the sanctions it felt different and I'm more comfortable with the commits at Notre Dame than at Penn State.
Fuller was ranked as the 22nd best wide receiver in the Class of 2013 by Scout.com and he has been lauded for his 4.5 speed, great hands, and a high vertical leap. In his last two seasons at Roman, Fuller totaled 1,408 yards on 85 catches with 19 touchdowns.
"I'm going to do whatever I can to start. I want to play early," Fuller said.
