Cinnaminson triumphs on McHugh's late goal

With four minutes remaining in a tied game, Amanda McHugh sniped the upper corner of the net from 25 yards to score the go-ahead goal in Cinnaminson’s 2-1 victory over visiting Northern Burlington in Burlington County League girls’ soccer Friday.

With four minutes remaining in a tied game, Amanda McHugh sniped the upper corner of the net from 25 yards to score the go-ahead goal in Cinnaminson’s 2-1 victory over visiting Northern Burlington in Burlington County League girls’ soccer Friday.

The game had been locked at 1 since five minutes into the second half, when Northern Burlington’s Alyssa Spencer finished a cross from Joan Mogun.

Carleigh MacWilliams scored a first-half goal for Cinnaminson. Pirates goalkeeper Jamie Campbell made nine saves.

Emily Schukraft had 10 saves for Northern Burlington.
