Chester senior forward Rondae Jefferson was named on Saturday to the US roster for the Nike Hoops Summit, a basketball showcase of the world's top under-19 talent.
It's the second-straight year that Jefferson has been selected to play at the national level as last summer he was named to the initial roster of the Under-17 World Championships. The Arizona-recruit is listed as Hollis-Jefferson, a name he said he plans to be listed as next year with the Wildcats as a tribute to his mother.
The game will be played on April 20 at the Rose Garden in Portland, Ore. The World roster has yet to be announced.
