PISCATAWAY, NJ -- Camden Catholic holds a 21-18 halftime lead over Cherokee in a Tournament of Champions boys’ basketball semifinal at Rutgers.

As the score indicates, this has been played at a slow pace, with Cherokee more content to play a half-court game.

Camden Catholic went on a 5-0 run to end the half with Gerry Wixted hitting a long three-pointer and Tim Crawford scoring on a layup.

Anthony D’Orazio has six points for Camden Catholic and Maurice Jackson has six for Cherokee.
