In the City of Palms Tournament in Fort Myers (Fla.), St. Frances’ Ronald Williams hit a 17-footer at the buzzer Wednesday to beat Penn Wood, 63-61, in a consolation-round game. The Patriots tied the game at 61-61 on a three-pointer by Tyree Johnson. Shawn Oakman’s 18 points led Penn Wood.
