Samantha Trumbo and Meghan DeVaney prevailed at first doubles to clinch third-seeded Woodstown’s 3-2 quarterfinal win over No. 11 seed Middle Township in the South Jersey Group 2 team tournament.

Sisters Taylor Ng and Spencer Ng rolled in their singles matches and top-seeded Haddonfield had little trouble dispatching No. 8 seed Barnegat, 5-0.

South Jersey Group 4

Courtney Gifford battled past Lauren Tracy, 6-3, 5-7, 6-2, at first singles to put top-seeded Millville on course for a 4-1 quarterfinal win over No. 8 seed Cherokee.

Fourth-seeded Cherry Hill East swept at singles to oust No. 5 seed Toms River South, 4-1, and will advance to Tuesday’s semifinals at Millville.

South Jersey Group 3

Danielle McMonagle and Lauren Culbertson won at second and third singles, respectably, and top-seeded Moorestown swept both doubles matches to dispatch No. 8 seed Pinelands, 4-1, in the quarterfinals.

South Jersey Group 1

Melissa Hudock’s 6-2, 6-4 win over Maggie Kurts at first singles set the tone for second-seeded Pitman’s 5-0 romp past No. 7 Burlington City.
