Holy Spirit wins at girls' tennis championships

Holy Spirit upended a pair of top seeds to capture the singles and doubles titles at the Cape-Atlantic League championships at Vineland.
The Spartans’ Adrienne Kaye battled past Bushra Memon of Atlantic City, 7-6 (7-5), 6-3, to take the individual crown. The doubles title went to the Holy Spirit tandem of Kelsey Frost and Danielle Casarra, 6-2, 7-6 (7-5) winners over Erin Hanlon and Lillian Stellitano of Mainland.
