Corey Beltran converted a perfect cross from James Piccone just four minutes into the game as Williamstown beat Kingsway, 1-0, in Tri-County Royal action.

Williamstown, the defending co-champion, improved to 5-1 overall and 4-0 in the division.

Kingsway is 3-1-1 and 1-1-1.

The Dragons played without starting forwards Steve Whittaker and Andrew Meyers because of injuries.

Williamstown star forward Zaiere Putmon played but was limited by a leg ailment.

It was a tough, physical game with the yellow cards and a few stoppages for injuries.

But the game-winning play was pretty as a picture -- a classic give-and-go from Beltran to Piccone and back again.

"A beautiful pass," Beltran said of Piccone's cross.
