Shaquille Duncan to Niagra?

Shaquille Duncan, the 6-foot-9, 205-pound basketball center from Frankford High, is scheduled to announce his college choice Wednesday at a 2 p.m. news conference.
The transfer from Prep Charter has visited Niagra but has also received interest from Virginia Commonwealth, Nebraska. St. Francis (Pa.), Arkansas-Little Rock and Sienna.
