Public League

Win Ton came through with a pair of goals and led Engineering & Science past visiting Kensington, 4-0.
Ben Brewer and Abukubar Mohammed also scored for the Engineers who got six saves and a shutout from goalkeeper Chris McFarland.

Mustapha Alpha struck for two goals and helped Bodine beat host Swenson, 4-2.
Ambassadors’ goalie Haralambos Athanasiasis turned aside 12 shots to hold off the Lions.

Junior striker David Corona provided all of the goals Martin Luther King would need in a 4-0 victory over host Furness.
Corona notched a natural hat trick in the first half to give the Golden Cougars a 3-0 lead. Edwin Sanon stopped 10 shots to post the shutout and Jose Delacruz stopped seven shots.


Keishawn Daly, John Leslie and Ray Melone posted goals to give Franklin Towne Charter a 3-0 win over visiting Masterman.
Tyler Landis preserved the shutout for the Coyotes with nine saves.

Catholic Red

In an early-season battle for supremacy in the division, Emmanuel Kollie and Gavin Whalen posted goals to give Father Judge a 2-1 win over visiting La Salle.
The game-winning goal came 28 seconds into the second half and helped the Crusaders (5-0, 2-0) remain undefeated while handing the Explorers their first loss of the season.
Colin Sulpezio stopped five shots for Judge, while Steve Kelly collected eight saves for LaSalle.

Dan Panepresso chipped in with a hat trick and sparked Archbishop Ryan to an 8-2 win over visiting Monsignor Bonner.
Pat Hazelbarth added a pair of goals and Brandon Beaumont contributed a goal and two assists. Chris Gatton and Greg Pellizzeri notched single goals and Nick Ferry stopped four shots for the Raiders.

Catholic Blue

at Hanna scored twice and helped Archbishop Carroll beat visiting Cardinal Dougherty, 5-1.
Andrew Bulman, Brendan Farrell and Emitt Filipelli added goals for the Patriots who got a four-save performance from Andrew Brouwers in goal.

Suburban One Continental

Fran Miller scored a goal and assisted on a goal by Miguel Diaz as Central Bucks East downed visiting North Penn, 2-0.
Both goals came in the first half. Shane Donovan faced three shots to get the shutout for the Patriots who also got an assist from Mac Farber.

A.J. Androkites converted a loose ball in the box into a goal and handed Souderton a 1-0 win over host Hatboro-Horsham.
Androkites’ goal came in the 74th minute. Indians’ goalie Dave Giannini posted the shutout with four saves while Hatters’ goalie Frank Pileggi stopped nine shots.

Suburban One American

David Goldberg put in a rebound for the game-winning goal with two minutes left in the game and gave Cheltenham a 4-3 win over visiting Upper Dublin.
Ryan Cowen, Jeff Henstenburg and Dmitri Zherdev also scored for the Panthers who got seven saves from Brian Henstenberg. Ian Smith scored twice for the Cardinals.


Tommy Hayes collected a hat trick in the first half and gave Upper Moreland a 3-0 wion over host Norristown.
Nate Kistner assisted on two goals and Menvekah Daramay added an assist for the Golden Bears.

Kastro Fazliu and Paul Waszelna scored in the second half and led Plymouth Whitemarsh to a 2-1 win over visiting Upper Merion.
Fazliu assisted on Waszelna’s goal and teamate Will Ruppenthal was called on to stop just one shot.

Ches-Mont League

Conor Malarney, Tom McCutcheon and Nick Rohleder each scored goals to give West Chester Rustin a 3-0 win over visiting Oxford.
Eric Anderko turned aside five shots to earn the shutout for the Golden Knights while Kevin Navarro stopped 10 shots for the Hornets.

Tommy Thompson scored twice for Sun Valley in a 2-2 tie with visiting Kennett.
Dan Dicce and Roberto Silva scored for the Blue Demons who got seven saves from Greg Danchik. Kyle Macrina turned aside seven shots for the Vanguards.

Josh Topper and Greg Patrick scored in the first half and helped Octorara beat visiting Great Valley, 2-1.
Jimy McLaughlin scored on a penalty kick with seven minutes left in the game for the Patriots who got 14 saves from Dan Shackelton. Braves’ goalie Josh Wolff stopped eight shots.


Jake Woodward led a balanced scoring attack with two goals as Coatesville handled visiting West Chester East, 5-0.
John Anderson, Tyler Balbierer and David Lanigan also scored for the Red Raiders. Goalie Yanni Sitsis earned his second shutout of the season with four saves.

Pioneer Athletic

Mike Cafarella, Mike Cocci, Andrew Meszaros and Steve Reilly picked up goals and boosted St. Pius X to a 4-0 win over host Pottstown.
Paul Slegelmilch posted the shutout in goal for the Winged Lions.

Kristi Bello, Shawn Laskey and Drew Vernon collected goals to give Perkiomen Valley a 3-1 win over visiting Owen J. Roberts.
John Murphy stopped six shots and allowed a goal by Jordan Baker. Harrison Moran-Santangelo turned aside four shots, but gave up a penalty kick to Laskey.


Chad Craig scored midway through the first half and Greg Gray added a goal halfway through the second half to lift Boyertown to a 2-0 win over host Methacton.
Bears’ goalie Scott Markle turned aside seven shots to earn the shutout.

Jose Sandoval scored a goal and assisted on another for Phoenixville in a 3-2 win over visiting Pottsgrove, handing the Falcons their first loss of the season.
Efrain Govea and Tanner Johnson also scored for the Phantoms while Brian Price and Kory Reddick tallied for Pottsgrove.

Ryan Lantzy stopped eight shots to earn the win in goal while Falcons’ goalies Mike Brown and Brandon Novitski stopped four shots each.

Bicentennial

Chad Nowak scored with nine minutes left in the game to pull Holy Ghost Prep into a 2-2 tie with visiting Devon Prep.
Tim Lazarko assisted on the goal and added one of his own. Andrew Fletcher and Chris Smith scored for the Tide, but Andriko Andrusko and Matt Burke comnbined to stop four other Devon Prep shots.


Tim Vaughn scored in the second and 58th minutes to give New Hope-Solebury a 2-1 win over host Lower Moreland.
Alex Martins scored with 16 minutes left to spoil Chris Lehman’s shutout bid.

Brandon Reichart and Adam Moyer scored four minutes apart in the second half and boosted Christopher Dock to a 2-0 win over visiting Delco Christian.
Reichart scored in the 72d minute and Moyer found the range in the 76th minute. David Brelsford earned the shutout after facing just one shot while Knights’ goalie Nick Masciolli stopped three shots.

Tri-County

Daniel Saltz scored twice and Auri Manstein added a goal for Barrack Hebrew in a 3-1 win over host Delaware Valley Friends.
Evan Benedict made seven saves to earn the win in goal while Del Val got seven saves from Brendan Dieck and a goal from Yazan Musher.

James Kim earned a hat trick and Pablo Arias added a pair of goals to lead Perkiomen School to a 5-0 win over visiting Kimberton Waldorf.

Penn-Jersey

Mike Bang struck for a hat trick and paced Solebury School to a 4-0 win over host Doane Academy.
Brandon Douglass picked up a hat trick and Reynaldo Bonilla added a pair of goals to give Morrisville a 5-2 win over visiting United Christian.
The Bulldogs trailed at the half, 2-1, but Douglass scored the go-ahead goal and completed his hat trick on a head ball off a corner kick by Bonilla in the 54th minute. Leo Hernandez stopped 10 shots for Morrisville.

Abubakkar Fofanah notched a hat trick and led Girard College to a 5-0 win over host International Christian.
George Sandoval added a goal and two assists, Abubakkar Turay chipped in with a goal, Damon Diggs contributed an assist and goalie Hiee Peoples recorded 10 saves.

Nonleague

Josh Dishman scored twice in the first half and gave Spring-Ford a 2-1 win over host Penn Wood.
Eric Giovagnoli and Anthony Merchant assisted on the goals scored in the 23d and 30th minutes. Augustine Johnson tallied for the Patriots in the 35th minute.

Junior twins Jeff and Mike Stewart scored goals to lift Sipley past visiting Malvern Prep, 2-0.
Evan Seltzer assisted on Mike’s goal in the first half and E.J. Whyte assisted on Jeff’s goal in the second half. Nick Irvine earned his first shutout with a nine-save performance.

Kenny Johnson collected two goals during a four-goal barrage in the second half and sparked Abington Friends to a 4-0 win over visiting Valley Forge.
Manish Kurien added a goal and two assists while Josh Holin contributed a goal for the Kangaroos who got five saves from Ethan Ostroff.

Rob Frisky scored in each half and led Penn Charter to a 2-1 win over host Germantown Friends.
Frisky scored the game-winner with 14 minutes left in the game off a through ball from Ray Vandergrift. Michael Baron collected the win in goal after stopping six shots.

Haverford School got two goals from Brett Campbell and tripped host Tatnall School (Del.), 5-0.
Nate Arronson, Kyle McCord and Matt Pontecorvo also scored for the Fords who held a 5-0 lead at halftime. Harrison Kendal added a pair of assists while goalies Max Kurtzman and Scott Safford had two saves each.

Nick Clothier scored the game-winner five minutes into overtime and lifted Friends’ Central to a 2-1 win over host Academy Park.
Clothier found the range from the top of the penalty area. Phoenix goalie Jordan Lucoff stopped 11 shots.

Clayton Carlson scored eight minutes into a second overtime period and handed Christian Academy a 2-1 win over visiting Cumberland Christian (N.J.).
Andrew Crockett assisted on the goal, making a winner of goalie Tucker Rodkey who stopped three shots. Mike Velez also scored for TCA.
