John Vogan's Pioneers, with Brendon Little as the ace, have looked sharp in the early going.

Righhander Joe Lancellotti, a North Carolina recruit, is slated to start vs. Neumann-Goretti.

Kevin McGowan, a second baseman and La Salle commit, has been on a hitting tear.

The quick-starting Knights have been sparked by Jared Melone and Zach Zeigler.

Through five games, Charlie Concannon was hitting .800 with 11 RBIs and nine runs.
