Archbishop Wood linebacker Jake Cooper and Great Valley defensive lineman Ryan Buchcholz, both high-profile juniors, are visiting Penn State today.

Cooper is said to be leaning toward joining Wood teammate Ryan Bates, a 6-foot-5, 280-pound offensive tackle Ryan Bates, in commiting to the Nittany Lions.

The 6-foot-2, 220-pound Cooper also has scholarship offers from Boston College, Duke, Northwestern, and Syracuse. among others.

In addition to Penn State, Buchholz, a 6-foot-5, 235-pounder who can play end or tackle on defense, has scholarship offers from Maryland, Rutgers, and Virginia.
