Phil Anastasia: Seneca wins Group 3 state title
Joe Banes hit a three-run homer and Kevin Comer earned his fifth tournament victory as Seneca won the Group 3 state title with a 12-3 victory over Paramus.
Cameron Bahr added a home run and Ryan Williams had three hits for Seneca (16-7), which won its second state title.
