Phil Anastasia: SJ Football Coaches Assn. names 2011 Hall of Fame class


Current Minnesota Vikings player Bryant McKinnie, former Penn State star Tony Sacca and former Washington Township star Mike Koerner lead the 2011 class of the South Jersey Football Coaches Association's Hall of Fame.

The inductees will be honored at a banquet June 29 at Masso's Caterers in Glassboro. Tickets are $30. Call (856) 582-0212 for more information.

McKinnie will be inducted in the active pro player category. Sacca will be inducted in the inactive pro player category.

Koerner will be inducted post-playoffs legends category.

Other inductees in this year's class include:

Distinguished Service: Kathy Moscufo
Legends (Pre-playoffs): Wilbur Fennal
Player and Achievement: Adam Taliaferro
Assistant Coach: Paul Mauriello
