Stats and sounds

The weekly rankings, some reading material and a new feature on the blog.

Because of last night's game, I wasn't able to put together the weekly rankings compilation that usually runs on Tuesdays. So I'll give it to you this morning.

As for reading material, Dick Jerardi's

Note that the podcast feed also includes my Philly.com colleague Sheil Kapadia's NFL blog,

I gave the system a spin this morning and it sounds pretty good. The text-to-speech software can't read the live blog transcripts because of how they're coded, but it also can't read tables for the same reason and that's a good thing.

I am trying to figure out whether I can get postgame press conference audio into the feed. I'll let you know when I get an answer.
