Quote of the day

Bud Selig sounded so dull that he might really have been talking with a foot in his mouth.

Quote of the day

"I have to use my judgement - it's not a way to end a World Series ...  I would not have allowed a World Series to end this way."

-- Major League Baseball commissioner Bud Selig, talking in such a dull tone of voice that he may well have been speaking with his foot jammed down his throat.

I'm pretty well exhausted, but I'm going to try to wake up in time for the Atlantic 10's pre-season conference call. There's no media day this year, just a four-hour-long teleconference with all 28 of the league's men's and women's basketball coaches.

Because it's going to take that long, I won't be recording it. But the conference will be posting a recording on its website, so I'll link to that.

And I'm going to try to get Crunchy Numbers done too.

Get some sleep, folks. We need it.
