Mari Schaefer reports:

11:45 a.m.

At the True Jesus Church on Woodland Avenue in Springfield Township, Delaware County (Seventh Ward, First Precinct), Janet O’Connell, the judge of elections, said about 75 voters have shown up.

“I wouldn’t say it is heavier than usual,” she said.

But according to O’Connell, there have been a number of Republican “flips” to the Democratic Party. She said these voters switched for the primary, but intend to return to the GOP for the general election.
