Obama mind-melder? His press secretary presumptive.

POSTED: Wednesday, November 12, 2008, 10:29 AM

When it comes to handling the media, the person who knows how Obama thinks is Robert Gibbs, the disarmingly middle-aged, middle-brow, middle-brow looking guy who is anything but a middle-ranker in the Obama organization.

As the Washington Post reports:

"He's the last person Barack talks to when he's thinking about how to handle reporters' questions," says Linda Douglass, a campaign spokeswoman. "We call him the Barack Whisperer. He completely understands his thinking and knows how Barack wants to come across."

PALIN’S POST ELECTION INTERVIEWS The greatest danger Palin faces is the inability to know that she does not know! Even in her recent flurry of interviews, she revealed a big and widening scope of ignorance. Just check out Keith Olbermann show of Novemeber 11, 2008 where many of her gaps in knowledge were exposed. Much of the media--including more conspicuously Greta Van Susteren, CBS Morning show (i.e, Matt Lauer), CNN''s Situation Room, and of course Fox News, have failed to call her attention to the incorrect information she was glibly mouthing and spouting. Instead, I get a sense that they simply want to provide a sounding board to Palin as their next super heroine. That is not journalism at its best. Some have even implied that being a beauty queen or a "charmer" is enough qualification for election to the highest office in the land. God save us from lazy journalists unwilling and unable to do their homework! Lazy journalists cannot be true sentinels of freedom in a democracy. The likes of Maurine Dowd, Keith Olbermann, Larry King, ABC''S "political radar", and CBS''s Katie Couric are well ahead of the pack in their more critical and knowledge-based approach to journalism. I applaud their effort to inform us as well as broaden our perspective!

Dr Sam8, what did this have to do with Sarah Palin? And your genius Biden, had said 10 inaccurate and downright wrong things in the VP debate.... Get over it, you Dems are just a bunch of whining liberals, who will get what they voted for, unfortunately so will the rest of the Country!!! Go back to your Kool-Aid!!!
