Marcia Gelbart reports:

9:35 pm

Concession time.

On stage and talking, one by one are Fattah, Patrick Murphy, Bob Casey and Harris Wofford.

"Sen. Obama worked hard and came far from behind," Fattah said. "We are going to change this country, we are going to change this world."

"We should all be proud, there were over 10,000 people knocking on doors in Philadelphia today," Murphy said.

Casey: "He has put down roots in this state. (People) saw his roots, they saw his values."

Does this sound like a concession? It seems unclear to me, as the current statistical patterns are. We should know about an hour, maybe. What's the hurry?

OK, it looks like Hillary won. The margin however is VERY unclear. Let's look at this in about 30 minutes?
