Pharmaceutical manufacturer and services provider AmerisourceBergen, based in Valley Forge, announced it will acquire TheraCom LLC for $250 million.

AmerisourceBergen Corporation, based in Valley Forge and one of the nation's biggest pharmaceutical services companies, announced Tuesday morning that it will pay $250 million to buy TheraCom, LLC, a subsidiary of CVS Caremark Corp., which provides support to pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers including consulting and reimbursement services.
