1) The losing economy: Lousy Sixers, Phillies cost the city at least $7 million, according to an analysis by Billy Penn. That's a tad more than what 76ers injured guard Jason Richardson is pulling in this year...or 28 percent of what Ryan Howard will rake in next season.

3) Rick Santorum is baffled by the pope. "It's sometimes very difficult to listen to the pope and some of the the things he says off the cuff..."

4) Environmental group settles lawsuit against state over listing as "terrorist organization." The Gas Drilling Awareness Coalition will keep pressing its defamation case against the private spy group that labeled them a threat.
