3. Snow's lingering effects: A day after Philadelphia saw its biggest snowfall of the winter, there are lingering effects from the storm, including school closings and delays and mass transit problems..

4. Black Madam trial: The murder trial for Padge Victoria Windslowe, accused in an alleged unlicensed buttocks injection that proved fatal, resumes today. Windslowe has been released from the hospital after suffering from chest pain earlier in her third-degree murder trial in the death of exotic dancer Claudia Aderotimi.

5. First Friday: Events around Philadelphia are planned for the monthly First Friday celebration.
