2. Comcast deal: Comcast Corp.'s plan for a merger with Time Warner Cable appears dead after indications surfaced that the Federal Communications Commission didn't believe the deal would benefit consumers.

3. Hospital groundbreaking: Nemours Children's Health System will break ground today for a $45 million specialty pediatric care clinic in Deptford.

4. Casey and Clinton: Pennsylvania Sen. Bob Casey is set to publicly endorse Hillary Clinton for president.

5. Merlino's release: Joseph "Skinny Joey" Merlino is out of prison. An appeals court ordered the former mob boss' release 10 days before he was to have finished serving time for violating terms of his supervised release from a previous racketeering conviction.
