Healthy counties - Hint: Philly is last

The following table is from the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program, which is a collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. The County Health Rankings are based on a variety of measures, such as: the rate of people dying before age 75, high school graduation rates, unemployment, limited access to healthy foods, air and water quality, income, and rates of smoking, obesity and teen births. We've pulled the data for Pennsylvania and New Jersey counties.  We started with New Jersey, because it's the shortest of the two tables. :)
