Here are five stories to know about today:

1. Cleveland captives: Details are emerging on the conditions in which Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight were held in captivity in Cleveland for a decade. A police report says one woman became pregnant multiple times but was forced to miscarry the babies; another woman's daughter was born in an inflatable pool. Their alleged abductor, Ariel Castro, has his first court hearing today on rape and kidnapping charges.

2. Eagles tickets: Single-game tickets to Eagles games go on sale at 10 a.m. today. Some games are likely to sell out within minutes.

3. Foreign investors to fund Turnpike: Pennsylvania Turnpike officials plan to borrow $200 million from wealthy foreign investors to pay for the long-awaited connection between the Turnpike and Interstate 95. The investors could get green cards in exchange for their money.

4. Rally for Philly schools: Mayor Michael Nutter and schools Superintendent William Hite will rally this morning at at Andrew Jackson Public School in South Philly in support of more funds for the cash-starved school district.

5. Schuylkill development: Philly officials will release their plan for developing a six-mile stretch along the lower Schuylkill today.
