Here's your daily look at five stories we're following:

1. Same-sex marriage suit: A federal judge in Philadelphia will hear oral arguments today in a suit brought by a lesbian couple who married in Massachusetts and want their nuptials recognized in Pennsylvania. The lawsuit is one of at least five challenges to parts of the state's ban on same-sex marriage.

2. Convention Center work rules: Today is the first big test for the Pennsylvania Convention Center's new labor agreement, as the BIO World Congress of INdustrial Biotechnology is wrapping up its three-day conference. The four unions that signed on to the new work rules  -- rather than the usual six that worked at the center -- will dismantle the exhibits.

3. WCU graduation: A second graduation ceremony will take place today for West Chester University students who could not walk across the stage when Saturday's commencement was rained out.

4. Net neutrality: Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler is expected to announce a proposal today that would let network owners charge companies extra for a speedier Internet "fast lane."

5. N.J. mayor's sentencing: Former Trenton Mayor Tony Mack is scheduled to be sentenced for bribery, fraud and extortion today in federal court.
