1. Cira Centre South groundbreaking: Chemical company FMC Corp. will break ground today on the FMC Tower that will anchor the Cira Centre South complex. The 49-story, $385 million tower at 30th and Walnut streets, being developed by Brandywine Realty Trust, will be a mjaor addition to the West Philadelphia skyline.

2. "Tainted Justice" cops: Reluctant and potentially uncredible witnesses undermined a federal investigation into a rogue Philadelphia police narcotics squad whose accused misconduct was the subject of a Pulitzer Prize-winning series by the Daily News, documents show. Other factors that led the federal probe to fall apart included scant evidence and an officer changing his mind about cooperating.

3. Camden homeless camps: Authorities have been dismantling homeless residents' tent communities in Camden, and officals plan to start clearing debris at one camp off Admiral Wilson Boulevard this morning.

4. Pa. gubernatorial race: Yet another poll shows Tom Wolf maintaining a big lead in Pennsylvania's Democratic primary for governor. The Daily News/Franklin & Marshall College survey released totday found Wolf holds a 19-point lead over his closest rival, with just days to go until Tuesday's primary.

5. College affordability: A New Jersey legislative committee is holding a hearing today about a package of 20 higher education-related bills, including several measures focusing on college affordability.
