1. Obamacare website glitch: There's a new glitch involving Healthcare.gov -- erroneous poverty-level guidelines are telling potentially qualified users that they don't meet the requirements for subsidized insurance. The problem chiefly affects households in states (like Pennsylvania) that haven't expanded Medicaid and have incomes just above the poverty line.

5. Flash mob mass: Philadelphia's first-ever "flash mass" will take place this weekend at St. Francis Xavier in the city's Spring Garden neighborhood.
