Here's your daily look at five stories we're following: 

1. Rocky goes to Broadway: Rocky: The Musical opens on Broadway tonight, prompting Philadelphia tourism officials to use Rocky's time in the spotlight to promote the city.

2. SEPTA contract: SEPTA and its largest labor union are continuing negotiations, as the Transport Workers Union Local 234's contract expires Friday night. An immediate strike of subway, bus and trolley operators appears unlikely.

3. Stamp for local Tuskegee pilot: A stamp honoring Montgomery County's C. Alfred "Chief" Anderson, the Tuskegee pilot known as the "Father of Black Aviation" will be unveiled at a ceremony today.

4. N.J. property taxes: New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is expected to announce today that the average property tax in the state increased by 1.7 percent last year. He's slated to release the preliminary tax data during a town hall event in Mount Laurel.

5. Pope's first year: Today marks one year since Pope Francis assumed the papacy. The former cardinal from Argentina has become somewhat of a superstar in his first year.
