1. Rittenhouse rape arrest: A suspect was arrested overnight in a weekend rape in Rittenhouse Square. Police say the man, whose name was not immediately released, accosted a woman outside her home, forced her inside and sexually assaulted her.

2. New Jersey budget: New Jersey Democratic legislators are expected to introduce their own budget plan today, an effort aimed at rejecting Gov. Chris Christie's proposal.

3. Aereo case: The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to release its opinion in the case involving the streaming company Aereo in the next few days -- possibly as early as today -- and a victory for Aereo over television broadcasters could majorly disrupt the TV industry.

4. N.J. at 350: Today marks New Jersey's 350th anniversary.

5. Orchestra, Ben Folds at the Mann: The Philadelphia Orchestra kicks off its season at the Mann Center tonight, with the Ben Folds Orchestral Experience, Ben Folds' first concerto.
