1. Ukraine violence: A brief truce has already collapsed in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev, with more clashes between police and protestors today leaving at least 19 people dead. Protestors are revolting against President Viktor Yanukovych's government, and demanding the leader's resignation. In Philadelphia, Ukrainians have rallied on Independence Mall to put attention on the crisis.

2. Beach smoking: A New Jersey legislative committee is scheduled to discuss a proposal to ban smoking at all public beaches and parks in the state at a hearing this morning.

3. "Lynching" photo: The Phillipsburg School District is due to provide a report this morning about a photo that features high school wrestlers surrounding a hanged practice dummy wearing a Paulsboro T-shirt. The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association expects the report from the district by noon today.
